In my kids' school there a...Wow. What a sad story.<br /><br />In my kids' school there are two kids who had leukemia (not sure what kind) one had more than one relapse. He needed a bone marrow transplant, but they couldn't find a donor. Finally, his parents decided to have another baby and during the pregnancy they discovered he was a match. When he was born, they were able to give the cord blood to his brother who then recovered - this was about 3 or 4 years ago and he's doing well.
